Flamingantism
This is a good one. It means to encourage and spread the use of the Flemish language.
Because it is very important, that's why!

Coming from Flanders, I think you've got a little mistake here... There is no such thing as the Flemish language. We speak Dutch, the same as the people in The Netherlands. Flamingantism is probably the movement of people who want Flanders to become independent of Belgium.
Hmm. I thought perhaps that I misunderstood Weird and Wonderful Words where I found this word. In it, it says "furthering the use of Flemish." I assumed this meant as in, the language. I believe that I assumed correctly.
Here is what Merriam Webster has to say about Flemish: "of, relating to, or characteristic of Flanders or the Flemings or their language".
Online research describes Flemish as a territorial name for the Dutch language that is spoken in historic Flanders. The official language is, as you say, Dutch. Wikipedia says "The Dutch dialects spoken in Belgium and the standard language with influences from these dialects, are often referred to as Flemish."
